How fast do you ship? Do you provide tracking number?
All products are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. You will be provided with a tracking number which will be forwarded to the e-mail you used to check out with automatically. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase (Monday through Friday, there're no shipments on the weekends) please don't hesitate to contact us and we will provide it to you shortly.

Do you require signature on delivery?
Yes, all shipments with value over $250 will require signature on delivery. This requirement will not be waived under any circumstance. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you, however, this is done for both buyers' and sellers' protection. If you would like to add a signature to the order with value below $250, please contact us PRIOR to the purchase to arrange that for an additional fee.

What shipping methods do you use?
Lighter items are usually shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Transit time is usually as quick as USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days after the shipment). Heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. 98% of the shipments are delivered in 3-4 business days after the shipment day.

How fast will my purchase be delivered?
Orders placed before 12pm EST are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Fast processing and our Midwest location ensures fast delivery. 98% of our shipments are being delivered in 3-4 business days! We also never use USPS Parcel Post and Media Mail. If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to making the purchase for an expedited shipping rate quote. Please keep in mind rush delivery will incur additional charges.

How can I add insurance to my order?
You don't have to! All purchases are guaranteed to reach you in the condition advertised in the listing. If the package was lost or damaged during the shipment please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of that. You have nothing to worry about!
